If you have questions about one of your patients or wish to refer them to us, please contact us by phone if you would like to speak with a doctor and we would be happy to assist!
We would like to make referring a patient to us as easy as possible for you and your staff. Please submit a referral form with the information we will need to best serve your client. Print the PDF form, fill it out and fax it so our team can provide the best care possible for our mutual patients and clients. Please ask your client to bring any related diagnostics, such as x-rays or lab results with them to our hospital.
Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital is the only 24-hour veterinary blood bank in the Denver metro area. It provides life-saving blood products to hospitals around the country. To order blood products or to learn more about the program, please contact us at 303-424-3325. All orders are shipped Fed-Ex overnight and courier service is available in the Denver metro area.
